How do I return or exchange an item?
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through the Original Cowgirl Clothing website, www.originalcowgirlclothingco.com. Items purchased at any retail location must be handled in person at the original point of sale.
To be eligible for a return or exchange the item(s) must meet the following requirements:
Merchandise must be unworn
Original tags must be intact
Be mailed back within 7 days of the delivery date
The return process is simple, please e-mail email@example.com with your order information within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must still have its original tags, cannot be washed or worn, or damaged in anyway. We will reply with information on how to send the shirt back and Return Authorization Number. Return shipping is not reimbursed unless the item is being returned due to being received damaged or the item was shipped incorrectly.
Can I call to place an order?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone. Click here to shop.

How do your shirts fit?
The majority of our tees are Jr. Sized, however, our new expanded ladies offerings, offer true to size tees. Our guys and kids tees are true to size, but be sure to check each shirts sizing by hovering over the size on the order screen. The TJ prefix is Jr sizing, TL prefix is Missy sizing, and the TU prefix is Unisex sizing
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Orders up to $39.99 are $6
Orders between $40-$49.99 are $7
and Orders over $50 ship FREE

International Delivery is not available for Post Office boxes.
Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.
Original Cowgirl Clothing Co. ® ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or foreign taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
Why was my order cancelled?
Original Cowgirl Clothing Co.® was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer, bank, or PayPal has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled. If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer, PayPal, or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
There was a mistake in the items pricing or description online.
The shipping address is unverified or unavailable in USPS or FedEx Database.
